Hello,

Get yourself examined for uterine or cervical fibroid, if you have any swellings inside and causing you all the symptoms. If you get your ultrasound (USG) abdomen done, we could get to know if this is the issue.

If this is not the issue, then I prefer to examine you to come to any diagnosis which is not possible over here and you understand. Please get back to us with USG report.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Archana
