What Cause Fatigue And Chapped Lips?

My 11 year old daughter had cold type symptoms about 2 months ago. She has not been herself for the past 3 weeks. When I ask she complains she is just so tired. Also she has had really bad chapped lips for most of this 3 weeks as well. What could be going on with her?

I think she needs to do a total blood count done for suspended feriprive anemia. It it confirmed than should take iron orally. Take care.
