Dr.Katz said me eye test was not asgood as before ..further examine said I has some water or fluid aqnd a once in a life time laser treatment will correct problm and hepely I will be able to see better...What cused fluid I have had careractact surgery

it is good that you have under gone cataract surgery. You have to mention type of surgery. extra capsular, intracapsular phaco imulsi fication. vitreous prolapse is a measure complication. If complete detail are not given , it is not possible to give opinion.
