My baby has smelly White discharge coming from inside his ear. It smells like cheese. He suffers from regular inflammation behind his ear and has a swelling under the skin behind his ear (like a swollen gland but in the wrong place, hard and not palpable). It really bothers him. His GP says there is nothing wrong but there clearly is, any idea what it could be? Am worried about mastoiditis and that it could be a fungal infection (from its cheesy smell)
