What Cause High Liver Enzymes When Hepatitis Is Negative?

Hi, my 16 year old sister in law is in icu and her liver enzymes were 175 last night and right now it is at 135 but the doctor can not figure out whats going on, and she is negative for hepatis, can you please give some suggestions of what could be wrong?

1. alcohol
2. obesity
3. autoimmune disease
4. drug
5. iron overload
6. wilson disease

they maybe ruled out by specific blood tests
