Hi
low Bach ache that starts with menses is suggestive of some infection in your genitourinary tract
i would advise you for urine test urine culture and sensitivity test
meanwhile have plenty of fluids to keep yourself hydrated
maintain a straight spine posture while working
don't use pillow
sleep on a hard bed
do some stretching exercises and physiotherapy
Hope this helps you
