What Cause Of Small White Spots On Chest, Neck And Face ?
my daughter has some spots on her chest , neck and face that are not red but will not go away they seem to have a hard substance in them and they are small to start but i have notice more appearing and once the substance has left they seem to get bigger could you tell me what u think they are?
