What Cause Pain In My Rectum Only After A Bowel Movement?

I m experiencing pain in my rectum only after a bowl movement. No signs of blood, and my stools continue to be soft and easy to defecate. Sometimes I experience itching like crazy. I have tried preparation H suppositories but it doesn t seem to help that much.

it might be part of constipation once rectum is not total empty while defecation ...and also straining...increase fibre diet and take plenty of fluids daily ..u ll feel better
