What Causes Pain And Numbness Around The Rectum?

I feel like there is something in my rectum. Feel like I need to push more after bowel movement. No blood but sometimes stools are skinnier. Normal bowel movements 3-5 a day. I feel like a little balloonish flap of skin near rectum. Anus aches and sometimes feels like vagina aches too.no fatigue or weight loss feel great other than this.am overweight could that cause this? This just started 5 days ago. Also a few times my rectum and even bottom of butt cheek felt numb.

Hi welcome to health care magic....

Obesity can't lead such presentation...
You are having some balloning outgrowth like lesion and you have to reduce it after bowel movement...

So it could be growth of tumour or can be rectal prolapse ....

Here in your case according to my opinion there is need for rectal examination with help of proctoscopy....

If growth is there than biopsy needed for rule out its nature....

According to cause further treatment can be guided...
