I have had pain in my upper stomach area yesterday and pain in my chest when breathing. I took the omeprazole that my GP prescribed 2 months ago which helped but I dont know what the underlining reason for the pain could be? Also a few weeks ago I had an episode of diarrhea which had some blood in it and to day I had a 'normal' bowel movement but this had mucus, could this be linked to the chest and stomach pain if not what could be the cause?
