Hello,

As these tests are supposed to be validated on the clinical examination and correlate with the clinical symptoms noted.

There can be a possibility of the positive IGM test for TB in seronegative arthritis.

You should be treated well based on the clinical symptoms noted down by the physician.

Kindly do simple exercises like breathing and range of motion exercises. Continue the medication advised to you.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
