Stabbing and shooting pain in my cervix/uterine area and in the anus area. seems to be brought on by intercourse. such terrible shooting pains that i dont know if i should sit stand lay down. fine all day until at night after sex..last night and tonight. tonight i went to use the bathroom after sex when it started again and when i wiped there was a tiny hint of red im guessing maybe blood? what could this be i had a bowel movement last few days so not sure that would be the problem
The severe pain in cervix with blood spotting after use of bathroom indicates vaginal infection most likely. The anal pain relates with the deep penetrating anal sex giving over stretching of anal muscles usually.
Primary relief with plenty of liquids, rest, analgesic tablet as Aleve or else. Definite management needs a visit to your doctor and get examined.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
