General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It seems that you are having some pressure on your nerve roots emerging from lower lumbo-sacral vertebrae. The causes may be diverse ranging from disc prolapse to inflammatory or S.O.L. An MRI of lumbo-sacral vertebrae is indicated in your case to find out cause and extent of disease. It may also be just a postural defect, which may be relieved by physiotherapy.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
