Hi
Diarrhea and vomiting causes body to loose a number of essential electrolytes.
Most likely the pain is muscular cramp arising due to electrolyte deficiency.
Take a lot of sodium and potassium containing supplement like kiwi ornges etc.
Drink plenty of water to restore rehydration.
Electrolyte solution can also be taken they are available over counter.
If things don't settle in a day or two then go for stool microscopic test. However most of the time stomach flu is self limiting and takes 4-5 days to settle down.
