Played a softball game tonight ..and while running my throat starting to burn also my sternum started to hurt...in middle of chest ...why would that be...I do smoke cigerettes ...about a pack a day I do know I have to quit...and in the process ...I am 30 yrs old...

Stop smoking, tats going to decrease ur effort tolerance, ur going for easy dehydration, slowly leading for shortness of breath.stop smoking and see the difference.
