What Cause The Symptoms Of Nausea, Headache And Frequent Pooping?

for quite awhile i have had the following symptoms pretty much everyday..nausea, headache, i have to poop like 5 times every morning and I get dizzy alot. I also have this pounding almost like a heart beat on the right side of my head close to my eye.

Hi.
This is due to gastro-enteritis.
Please get a proper antibiotic treatment .
The pounding on head is also due to the septicemia effect of the infection. This should settle with the proper treatment.
