Hello, You are suffering from unbearable pain in the lower back pain. The commonest cause of lower back pain is due to degenerative disc disease, osteoarthritis, compression fracture, arthritis, Ankylosing spondylitis (AS), herniated disc, etc. You are advised to get clinically examined by an orthopedist. Get required blood tests and imaging tests (X-ray, CT, MRI) done to detect underlying disease that is causing you symptoms. You can take NSAIDs, one stat after food to get rid of the pain, swelling or inflammation. Applying Volini spray (pain relieving spray) on the area affected will also work. Applying warm and cold compression will be helpful. Your treatment will depend on the pathology detected. Your treating doctor will treat you with medicines, physical therapy, exercise and lifestyle changes to improve posture, flexibility and strength of the lower back bone. Depending on the severity of the symptoms, you will be treated with medications, steroid injections. Surgery is recommended when there is no response to the treatment being given especially in chronic or severe cases. You have not mentioned anything about your sex life, or if you are sexually active or pregnant. Purple line is an alternative technique to vaginal examination and dilatation.
