Dear service user, I understand your concern. You described chest pain, tremors in your hands, tingling sensations in chest and limbs, dizziness and inability to walk, perspiration. These symptoms can be seen after using several drugs like cocaine, amphetamine, alcohol and several other stimulants. You did not mentioned duration of the symptoms and most importantly name of the drug you used. The symptoms definitely suggests that drugs harms to your mind and body.
