Hello, I took two packs of my marvelon pills back to back for the second time in the last 6 months. I did take them at the right time every day, however I had been going to the toilet quite a lot more often than normal. I was due to have my period and there was nothing for the whole seven days. It was only until I started my next month of pills that I had some bleeding but it has been quite light. I have been feeling sick and tired and have been getting headaches worse than I would normally get. I have however had quite a stressful couple of months and have been quite anxious leading up to now. Is it possible that I could be pregnant or could this just be down to stress?
