As per your query you have bumps on the cheeks which can be pimples or itchy bums due to allergic reaction from some cosmetic product , pimples could be due to hormonal changes, stress and change in life style at times. It could be due to clogging of pores of salivary glands. I would suggest you to apply combination of clindamycin gel during day time and Adapalene gel at night time. Application of Topical retinoids will be helpful to you along with topical benzoyl peroxide. Drink plenty of water. Wash your face frequently several times during the day with plain water. Take diet rich in multivitamins. You should take oral antibiotics such as doxycycline, azithromycin or minocycline to prevent further exaggeration on prescription of dermatologist .
