What Caused My Dizziness For An Hour?

Hello Doc,
Yesterday I kind of saw stars in front of my eyes and literally the world was getting totally dizzy and I couldn't see things in front of my eyes for more than an hour.. this happened 4 years ago and happened yesterday. I slept for a while and woke up with pounding head ache after that.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears to be the syncope, may be due to exposure to the sun, or dehydration, hypertension, diabetes etc.
The other reason may be the the epilepsy in latent form.
I advise you to consult a neurologist for diagnosis and treatment.
You may need to have E.E.G, and M.R.I,and other tests for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms injection of vitaminB1,6,and 12 for 7 days. phenetoin sodium till the diagnosis is established.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
