What Caused Subconjunctival Hemorrhage With Headaches?
Hi I woke up this morning with blood vessels popped in both my eyes, I didn t do anything the night before, just woke up this way. Throughout the day I ve been experiencing headaches, I did go to the eye doctor and he did an eye exam and everything was fine my pressure was good in both eyes and he didn t seem to be concerned at all.... I came home and ate and took a nap my headache is gone... but I am still concerned...

spontaneous subconjuctival hemorrhage can take place in hypertension, constipation chronic cough, self inflicted injury in sleep, hemorrhagic disorder. etc. rule out all the problem and can do bleeding and clotting time test. no specific treatment is required. this is self limiting and precaution will prevent recurrence

Subconjunctival heammorrage can be due to multiple causes.. Any aggressive coughing , constipation or if you have hypertension or on some blood thinners like aspirin. U suggest you to get a routine health checkup done.
