Can you get Ashermans from a car accident. I had endometrial ablation 6 yrs ago and never had a period till 24 hrs after a car accident I m being told that my lining may have a separation and blood maybe forming behind it causing all my pain since that time

It is possible. ...any injury to endometrium can lead to ashermann ....get a hysteroscopy done.an d consult a gynecologist
