What Causes Bell S Palsy After A Cataract Surgery?

I had caterac surgery on my. right eye March 9, 2017. On Monday April 3, 2017, I thought I was having a stroke. I got to the hospital I was.diagnosed with Bell Parsley on the right side of my face . I Does this have anything to do with the eye.surgery

Hi. I have gone through your query.I don't think that the Bell' Palsy was a result of your cataract surgery.Bells palsy in 70% case is a viral infection.It may also be caused due to injury of the 7th Cranial nerve.
