What Causes Bubbling Feeling In Lower Abdomen During Intercourse?

Why do I feel bubbling feeling at my lower stomach after having sex? I dont ever drink anything before sex only some times me and my partner will have sex and like right after he pulls out i feel like bubbly feeling coming from my lower stomach up and its not a hungry feeling i was just wondering cause it only happens sometimes. Can that mean he got sperm inside of me?
