Hi,I am Raju.A.T (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My friend s daughter just had a baby, and her labor was over 36 hours because of the baby s heart rate...from what I understand, the doctors chose to go through the labor slowly because of the heart rate. When the baby was born, the cord was wrapped around his neck, he had to have a testicle removed because of tortion, and he had to have hernia repair. After labor, the mother posted that the baby had a lot of D- cells floating around in his blood. I ve tried to look this up, but I don t really understand it. Did the D-cells cause any of the problems that he has had in just these few days? What causes the D-cells?
well D cells are related to the instrument called cardiotocograph that measure fetal heart rate and usually implies late deceleration.that means due to mothers hypotension{probably} the baby s heart rat had gone down . it can happen when the labour time was too long,or due to some drog s, or in case of c section with some anaesthesia
