What Causes Fatigue, chest Tightness And Shortness Of Breath?
Fatigue, chest tightness that is more intense at times. Major headache. Front forehead and radiates around. Short of breath. Chest X-ray was clear for pneumonia. EKG ok yesterday, (from er visit) but I am no better today. Been going on for a week. More intense.I do NOT go to the dr. Often, but this is intense.Cicada ringing in my left ear.
Dear sir fatigue, chest tightness along with shortness of breath can not be taken lightly . It should be seen as an emergency . You have not mentioned about your age, sex, weight ,and any other illness such as diabetes and hypertension . If your chest x ray is normal and you have no fever or cough then we have to look for cardiac causes . Normal ecg does not rule out it..The diagnosis of angina that is ischemic pain of cardiac origin is clinical that is its only by your symptoms and assessing your cardiac risk factors . You may get normal echocardiography and angiography as well.so proper history and examination will help us in reaching to correct diagnosis . At this time I would I like to suggest you that you go to a physician and discuss everything with him..He will advise you .hope this will help.
