dear sir kindly tell me the duration of diabetes and what medicine are you taking for diabetes and hypertension.in some cases high bp and un controlled hypertension may cause proteinurea which may be some times transient and reversible by correcting your hypertension and sugars. Then some medicins like metformin may cause little gastric irritation and gerd.if you r taking metformin kindly take it after food only.what is your latest HBA1c value if not done for past three months kindly get it done......get back to me for further clarification.
