What Causes IBS Along With Heart Palpitations And Constipation?
im 23 yr old suffering from 4 yrs i have ibs ,stomach sound speccally in the morning when my stomach is empty.always dyspepsia,heart palpitation ,constipation ,bloating,.i have 2 endoscopied 2 usg 1 berioum test .but result is normal .i take medicine vsl#3,softovac ,pantodac dsr.but didnot work ,,i feel ill.and always worry plz help me doctor

Consult gastroenterologist and start proper treatment.
The cardiac issues are not related to IBS and may be due to something else.
An ECHO test is required to rule out structural anomalies.
