What Causes IBS Along With Severe Fatigue And Dizziness?

Hi,I m a 32 year old female 5ft 3 inches and 66kg,with a history of psoryasis, IBS, gall bladder removed 2016 and folic acid deficiency. Lately I have been getting extreme fatigue, dark circles around my eyes, breathless n dizzy during exercise, difficulty losing weight, joint pain and generally feeling unwell. Vitamin supplements help a little at first now I am getting worse? Should I be concerned?
