I have a hard time sleeping through the night. I can fall asleep easy enough, usually 9:30 or 10:00. I usually wake up anywhere from 12:30 to 3:30. Then I start to think about work and other things and it often takes me an hour or more to fall back to sleep. Any recommendations?
