General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Back pain, abdominal pain, and urinary symptoms indicate urinary infection or a genital infection (sexually transmitted disease). I would recommend you to have a gynecological exam and urinalysis and get treated according to the results.
Meanwhile, try to drink plenty of water (at least 2.5 liters a day) and take ibuprofen to help with the pain. Cranberry capsules or juice may help with a urinary infection until you see your doctor.

I hope this answers your query.
I remain at your disposal in case further medical assistance is needed.

Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj
