What Causes Metformin To Remain Undigested?

Hi My husband is 68 years old and diabetic. He takes Metformin and Glimpiride. He is passing the Metformin in his stool and it is not being dissolved. Could you tell me what might be causing this? Thank you so much. Margaret EMail YYYY@YYYY

hi madam,dont worry because only the outer shell of the tablet comes in stool and the actual or active ingredient is absorbed in the gut.so the medicine will perform its action.take care.bye.
