What Causes PSTD After Gallbladder Removal Surgery?

Lap gallbladder removal. No complications. In PACU I became agitated as I awoke. Screaming, physically thrashing. Yelling about traumatic event that occurred 13 months prior. ( I am a police officer. Suspect shot 3 other officers and a citizen. We killed suspect). I partially remember some of the PACU incident. Is this a possible future complication? Is this common?
