What Causes Periventricular Leukomalacia And Squint Eye In A 2 Year Old?

Hello Doctor, this question is for my daughter. She is 2.6 years old and the MRI report said, Periventricular leukomalacia. She is not able to sit with folded legs on her own also she couldnt stand or walk on her own. However she is using a walker where she can walk for some 15 minutes. She is having a squint eye in the left. Other than this she appears to be normal on speaking and responding asusual. Google result said there is no treatment for this but I wish to know is there any special excersice to make her walk. Thank you.

Pediatrician 's  Response
In my opinion she has lower limb spasticity due to which she is not able to walk. There is no treatment for periventrucular leucomalacia but with physiotherapy she will definitely learn to walk. If the spasticity is more even botox can be tried.
