What Causes Sjogren S Syndrome Along With Severe Fatigue And Rheumatoid Arthritis?

I have a long 30years + history of fatigue, R. A., Sjogren s Syndrome, am ANA +,and deal with a variety of other autoimmune issues. Stress worsens the symptoms greatly. I also have a history since I was a toddler of oral/lip/nasal philtrum herpes. What am I missing for diagnostic purposes? Is there any validity to Chronic Fatigue Syndrome playing a role in autoimmune issues? Are there any specific tests i should request be run by either my rheumatologist or my internist? I also have confirmed diagnosis of cervical and thoracis spondolytis. Thank you for your time.

Hello,

Due to Sjogren's syndrome, you have most of the other symptoms and problems. Sjogren's syndrome is an autoimmune disorder which affects body's own cells and organs from antigen antibody reaction.

So you have fatigue, joint pain, arthritis from that.Herpes and other things are usually in toddlers so no need to worry.You report to the emergency room for blood tests for antibody and inflammatory cell detection. You may also need investigations of other organs.
