Hello, thanks for posting on HCM. Levothyroxine and armor thyroid is used to supplement for thyroxine deficiency caused by hypothyroidism. TSH goes above normal range in hypothyroidism and it goes below normal range in hyperthyroidism. I feel that taking 2 medications for hypothyroidism has caused to increased levels on thyroxine in your blood and thus TSH has gone so low. I suggest you consult your doctor to reduce the dosages of the medications or stop one of the medicine so your thyroid profile stays in normal range and does not fluctuate above or below normal range. Your other reports look within normal limits. I hope I have given satisfactory answer to your query, if you still have any more query kindly write back to me and I will be happy to help. Thank you
