What Causes V Shaped Bumps On The Tongue?

Today I discovered I have what I think is circumvallate papille on my tongue, it s a v shape of bumps an it hurts whenever I swallow, I would like to know what causes this. I am a female and I gave oral sex to my boyfriend about a week ago now and he was unfaithful so I wanna know if it s an std he s given to me. What should my next step be towards treating this?

Chances of sexual transmitted disease is very likely and this can be ruled out with clinical examination and blood work, second this could be fungal infection and initially this can be treated accordingly, and the best option would be " Clotrimazole lotion, this would be fine with this, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
