What Causes WBC,protein And Blood In Urine With No UTI Symptoms?

Any opinions::

I have WBC and blood in urine, with +2 protein (i think). I have a history of UTIs, however this time not showing a single symptom of UTI. Doctor rechecked urine today after 3 days of Anti-biotics, the urine is worse and didn't show growth went sent off to lab.

Hello and thank you for asking HCM.

I have read the report of your urinal test and i suggest as follows:

Those might be the signs of a sever UTI,but since you don't have any symptoms,i would rule it out.Also you don't have any presence of bacteria in urine, and since the urine is worse it means that it's not an infection.
I suggest you check up your kidneys and their function. You need to do an ultrasound of your urinary tract and blood tests to check the function of your kidneys.

If you have any other question,feel free to ask me.
