As per your query you have Wet Coughing, Throat Infection, and Running Nose .Well there can be many reason for symptoms you mention in query like strep throat , viral pharyngitis , acid reflux and allergic rhinitis . But in your case it seems to me that the symptoms can be either due to allergic rhinitis or viral infection . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order throat swab test , viral culture test and blood test . Sometimes doctor order CT scan . Doctor may prescribe anti viral drugs ( acyclovir ) at least for 10 days along with decongestant , expectorant and anti histamine . For now do warm saline gargles and take steam to relieve congestion .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
