Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
7 year old grandson keeps playing with his penis since a toddler. Now he gets excited when his friends arrive at the door he pulls his penis out. Yesterday I caught him pulling his penis out while children were in our swimming pool. His mother and I have repeatedly said this is unexceptable behaviour. What can we do he is half Brazillian so the moves go with it.
Playing with penis and self pleasure activity at his age might be related psychological disorders or brain disorder like temporal lobe epilepsy.
I would advise you to take him to a neurologist or psychiatrist and discuss with your doctor about temporal lobe lesion or epilepsy.
Meanwhile don't force him to stop all this, don't scold him, give him full support and keep him busy in other pleasurable activities. Get some new toys for him. Create a caring and supportive environment for him.
Hope this answers your question please feel free to ask for follow up question, I will gladly answer you. Best wishes
