What Causes A Big Bruise On Pelvic Area?

Hi, this morning i noticed a big bruise on my pelvic area. I dont remember any trauma that would have caused the bruise. It does not hurt and i don t feel any bumps or anything. I did just finish my period the day before yesterday. Any ideas what could cause the bruising? It is an odd shape, and about e size of a peach.

Any unexplained bruising needs evaluating.

It could be a low platelet problem, a liver problem with coagulation factor disorders, or even a kidney problem.

You need to see your doctor for an evaluation and blood tests
