What Causes A Big Hard Pimple On The Skin Of My Testicle?
I started work recently and have been walking for much of the day. Noticed that after a few days I felt pain on my scrotum. I tbought at first it was thigh shafing as I have that problem when walking for to long. I checked it out and saw what looked like a big hard pimple on my skin on my testical. I then felt my actual testical and I felt an indebtiion that wasn t on the other ball. What s wrong with me ?
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. What problem you are describing appears that you have an infected sebeceous cyst. It needs to be drained and removed surgically. It would be a minor surgical procedure which will be done under local anaesthesia under aseptic precautions. Following this, you need to take a course of antibiotics and antiinflammatory-analgesic medications. You may also require alternate dressing till the wound heals completely. It would take about a week to ten days to heal and be back to normal. Kindly consult Surgeon for evaluation and management. All the best.
