What Causes A Black Dent After Draining A Lump Near The Genitalia?

Hi, I recently found a lump on my vaginal area (not inside the lips) I decided to pop it cause I felt like it was either a pimple or some sort of cyst. So when I did some puss came out then the rest blood, the lump started going down. Then today I went to check on it to see if it s not anything I should worry about and when I looked, it looks like a hole that s black that I can t see through, but the limps gone down. Should I be worried? My mother thinking it s an abcyst and that I popped it right and that s what it is supposed to look after cause all the puss is gone but I m still worried, please help!

Hello,

It is just a contracture after the procedure. Nothing much to worry and it will settle by itself. As of now, no definite treatment is required.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
