What Causes A Black Ring Around The Mouth And On The Hands?
A friend of mine, her daughter cam home the other night with a black ring around her mouth and on her hands. When confronted she said her new friend has an exhaust leak into the car. Mom can t smell anything odd on her daughter or her clothing. Is she doing drugs ? If so what would it be?

Perhaps she is being abused, or taking drugs. Can send a sample (hair, urine, saliva) to lab to check it out. Plus, should report to the authorities if signs of abuse. You should help her.
