i had my contraceptive implant changed on tuesday and have kept it clean, dry and covered with fresh plasters over the steri strips everyday when i have removed the plaster today to change it i have noticed a blister the size of a 5p piece just underneath the steri stips at the bottom help?
Blister could be due to the plaster application. You can leave the area open without applying plaster. The blister will subside on its own. If any pain, redness develops, then follow up with your physician to rule out infection.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
