What Causes A Blister On The Arm?

The other day u woke up with a blister on my arm so I thought I got burned in my sleep. But now that I look into it theirs nothing that could ve burned me. My mom popped the burn like bliste drained the fluid in it and put a&d ointment on it but it s still hurts and is swollen around it and it also itches. I hoping I didn t get bit by a bug

It could be a insects bite or blood blister.
If there are signs like redness or pain, you can apply topical antibiotics like mupirocin for symptomatic relief.
