Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I ve had a vagal nerve stimulator for depression since 2008 and in June I found out the battery was dead. In July I had the battery replacement surgery. Even tho they put the new battery in they found out there was blockage in the wires and the stimulation is not going up to my brain. I m having another surgery in a couple weeks to find the blockage and correct it. What I want to know is this the fault of the medical device or the medical device company? If not what can cause this blockage. Thank you. Kelli Dickerson-Jones YYYY@YYYY
