hi its been 3 years for my c section , few a days ago i felt a boil kind a thing right on it , when i pushed through it pus and blood came out , I went to the doctor and she said nothing to worry and gave me a cream , fuloxcilian and pencilian shot .its not really painful and not smelly and its open now
The swelling with pus can be due to local infection. Do not worry as it has been examined by your doctor and she has suggested you appropriate medicines and an ointment for local application, use it as per her advice.
Keep the area clean and avoid touching it without washing your hands. It should heal with time, as far as the pus is not forming there, the process of healing will start.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Manisha Auradkar, General & Family Physician
