What Causes A Bowel Movement After Having Food?

Hi, I’ve been passing stool after 10-20 minutes right after I eat anything. I also have this feeling of too much air in my stomach, flatulated and also my stool has a foul odor,it’s been happening to me for a couple of days now. Kindly advise what to do or what to take. Thank you

Thanks for the query. I understand your concern.
Your symptoms suggest digestive problem (due to acid /peptic disease,chronic intestinal infection or infestation.
Try to eat small servings of nonspicy ..easy to digest food/over the counter medicine like ranitidine will help in case of acidity/digestive enzyme suppliments would be needed in case of digestive defeciency.
A detailed assessment of your digestive system by your family doctor/gastroenterologist is indicated to find any bowel infection/infestation/food allergie for prolonged complaints followed by specific management.
